Santa Rosa Mall, Florida
Acquired in a Joint Venture with Radiant Partners of New York in March 2003, Santa Rosa Mall comprises a 731,000 sq ft regional Mall of which 530,000 sq ft is owned by the Joint Venture.
Located in the rapidly expanding Florida Panhandle, it is the only enclosed regional mall within
a 45 mile radius with passing traffic of 27,000 cars per day.
The Mall is anchored by Dillard's, JC Penney and Sears with many of
the leading national retailers occupying the 'in line' space.
The mall which has
been significantly upgraded within the last two
years, is performing well in excess of
Willett's initial projections. Some store sales have
grown annually since the mall was acquired in 2003. |
