Olmstead Properties, Radiant Partners and Benerofe Properties and continues to seek out potential joint venture partners who bring 'added value' to investments through their management structure, operating skills
and experience.
Willett is known in the market place to be flexible as to deal structure with potential joint venture partners provided the asset to be acquired offers the potential for
capital appreciation and can realize the required returns on equity invested.
