Priscilla of Boston has terminated their lease on 6000 sq ft at 289 Greenwich Ave .Terms have been agreed to lease the entire 6000 sq ft to a leading International specialty retailer. 

5.15 Capital has signed a long term lease on 7000 sq ft at 33 Benedict Place in Greenwich.

Hines Interests in conjunction with Willett have acquired an additional 20% interest in 33 Benedict Place.

M0851 a Canadian women's specialty retailer has signed a long term lease on 4300 sq ft of retail space at 415 West Broadway.

Frye's Bootery has leased an additional 3850 sq ft at 113 Spring St.

Qwiki Inc has signed a long term lease on 3850 sq ft at 113 Spring St.

Fiber Media Inc are to lease an additional 15,000 sq ft at 200 Meadowlands Parkway in NJ bringing their total space to 47,000 sq ft.
