10 year lease with NS-LIJ for 30,000
sq ft in 1979 Marcus Ave. NS-LIJ
will now occupy in excess of
63,000 sq ft in the Class 'A'
office building which has been
extensively refurbished by
Willett/Lincoln since its
acquisition in 2005.
Willett has
acquired
113 Spring
St.
A 25,000 sq ft retail and
office building located in SoHo
New York. The property which is
anchored at first floor level by
MAC Cosmetics a Division of
Estee Lauder will be
completely refurbished on
completion of the acquisition
which is scheduled for late
2008.
